Terms of Use

Effective October 9, 2026

These terms describe permitted use of the VivMech portfolio website and its inquiry forms. Paid projects, licensing, and ongoing services are covered by a separate written agreement.

Using this website

You may browse the portfolio and contact VivMech about a project or privacy matter. Please use the website lawfully. Do not submit spam, impersonate another person, send malicious material, interfere with the website, or attempt unauthorized access. Only submit material you have permission to share.

Copyright and portfolio materials

© 2026 VivMech. All rights reserved. VivMech claims rights in its original website text, code, visual arrangements, and other original creative contributions to the extent protected by applicable law. Third-party materials and trademarks remain subject to their respective owners’ rights.

Portfolio access does not grant a license to republish, redistribute, sell, embed, or otherwise reuse protected materials. Obtain permission before using those materials beyond uses allowed by law. Copyright does not give VivMech ownership of scientific facts, mechanisms, ideas, or methods. Any AI-generated elements are subject to the limits of applicable copyright law; this notice does not claim exclusive rights in otherwise unprotectable material.

For permission or licensing questions, use the project inquiry form. Rights in commissioned work, source code, and reusable components are specified in the relevant project agreement.

What the previews show

Portfolio videos are short looping previews, and portfolio images are still previews. They demonstrate visual presentation; they do not provide access to the full interactive visual or promise that every preview feature is included in every project.

Scientific content is presented for educational and demonstration purposes. It is not medical advice or a substitute for professional diagnosis, treatment, or clinical judgment. Scientific sources, accuracy review, curriculum alignment, and client approval responsibilities should be agreed for each commissioned project.

Inquiries, quotes, and timelines

Submitting an inquiry starts a conversation. It does not place an order, reserve a production slot, create a project contract, or guarantee a quote, price, delivery format, or completion date.

The typical timeline shown on this website is up to 14 days after scope and required materials are agreed. Your project’s schedule is confirmed in the quote or written agreement. Changes to scope, required materials, or review timing may affect that schedule.

Project agreements and delivery

Before commissioned work begins, a separate written agreement should define scope, deliverables, review and revision rounds, payment, cancellation, the schedule, and each party’s responsibilities.

Hosting, installation, LMS integration, source-code delivery, updates, rental access, and ownership transfers are not automatically included. Availability, fees, license rights, support, and any ongoing services are confirmed in the project agreement. Selecting an option on the inquiry form expresses a preference and does not commit either party to that arrangement.

Forms, privacy, and external services

Please do not submit identifiable student records, patient information, credentials, or other sensitive personal information. Our Privacy Policy explains inquiry processing, browser drafts, service providers, and privacy requests.

External websites and services have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their content or availability.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but errors, interruptions, and updates may occur. Website content is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted access or suitability for a particular use. Nothing in these terms limits rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these website terms and their effective date. Changes to this page do not amend an existing signed project agreement. Questions about these terms can be sent through the project inquiry form.
